CMS usually releases the Proposed Physician Fee Schedule rule at the end of June, (fingers crossed) and the Final Rule at the end of October. We won’t know what CMS is proposing until it’s released, but my crystal ball tells me it will include E/M policy changes, telehealth updates and maybe, shared services. It will certainly include proposed RVUs and a chart showing how those RVUs will affect each specialty.
